| Sealant for Tile Installations |
Tile and Grout Caulk is a 100% acrylic sealant modified with silicone that color matches Elite Building Products line of colored grouts. Tile and Grout Caulk exhibits excellent adhesion and durability.
Tile and Grout Caulk is easy to use for complimenting grout around tubs, showers, countertops, sinks, thresholds, and many other uses.

Surface Preparation |
Surfaces must be dry, clean and free of dust, dirt, mildew, oil and other foreign substances. Remove all old caulking before applying new caulk. Clean area with mild solution of bleach and water. Be sure area to be caulked is completely dry before applying caulk. Mask off areas to protect from staining. Always apply a test area to see if staining will occur. |
| Application | Cut spout to desired bead thickness. Apply caulk when temperature is above 40 degrees F. Tool caulking within 10 minutes of application. Use wet finger or damp, smooth sponge. Excess may be cleaned up with a damp cloth before caulk begins to skin over. |

| Curing | Caulk is fully cured in 3 – 5 days depending on temperature, humidity, and thickness of application. In humid or enclosed areas, i.e., enclosed shower, use a room fan to circulate air to assist in curing caulk. |
| Packaging | Available in all colors in sanded and non-sanded textures. Packaged in 10.3 oz. tubes. |
| Precautions | Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Do not take internally. In case of eye contact immediately flush with water and contact a physician. In case of swallowing, do not induce vomiting. Contact a physician immediately. |
